  1. I have seen what my day becomes when I don’t do any of these points, and I can see now that they are pivotal to my physical well-being. Exercise, sleep, and the food I eat all give me the energy, motivation, and brain power I’ll have for the day, and when I don’t consider these points I feel tired, my head is foggy, and I want to go back to sleep. My physical well-being is not possible without these points.

  2. I don’t believe physical well-being is possible without these bullet points. When I don’t care for my body, I feel it immediately. I feel exhausted, weak, sick, and dizzy. This happens when I spend too much time playing Garry’s Mod and spend too little on staying hydrated and fit. I’ve also noticed when I meditate for 10 or 20 minutes, I have much more energy and contentment. When I eat healthy food I also feel happier. I actually feel very upset when I sleep in because I don’t have that much time in the day. And I usually feel sore. Lastly, when I can’t motivate myself or when others can’t, I go into a depression and completely waste a perfect day.
