Miracle Beans

chloe masala

Beans are the most important part of a healthy diet.

Dried Beans are:

  • Inexpensive
  • Store for years
  • Store in a small space
  • High in fiber
  • High in plant protein
  • High in B vitamins
  • High in monosaccharides that shield the body from lectins
  • High in potassium and magnesium
  • Easy to grow in your garden

Beans provide fiber, folate, plant protein, iron, B1, and many minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and copper. And best of all, when you cook them yourself you can choose the amount of sodium found in each serving and what type of salt is used, such as sea salt or Himalayan.

Yet 96% of Americans don’t eat the minimum intake of legumes. The same percentage of Americans don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables. These missing components in the American diet combined are creating the health crisis in America. About half a cup a day of cooked beans provides both a protein and a serving of vegetable since they are both and they are also the cheapest form of protein on the planet.

Canned Beans Are Not the Best Choice

Canned beans cost about three times more than dried beans, but dried beans can take hours to cook. Canned beans are convenient, but are they as nutritious as home-cooked? Home-cooked and canned beans provide about the same nutrition, but the sodium content of canned beans can be 100 times that of home-cooked. Draining the liquid of canned beans may get rid of some of the sodium, but you will lose the nutrients that have been pulled out of the beans during the cooking process.

The next important factor about canned or home-cooked is the scary advent of genetically modified beans. In order to make sure that your beans are organically grown and non-GMO you have to be able to trace the source. Canned beans don’t provide that transparency.

Our system of cooking Food for Well-Being is completely revolutionary as it puts the power of choice in your hands. You can trace the source. You can choose the salt content and the type of salt used during the cooking process. Sea salt is the safest and best. You also have the opportunity to spice up your beans during the cooking process so that rich flavors are absorbed into every bean. Bland beans then become and exotic ethnic experience.

Follow these links to learn more about our system for cooking beans. Although a meat-eater may call these fabulous recipes “side dishes” they have all the nutritional value of a main course.

Build on the Moon

With our cities more packed and polluted than ever, engineers and architects are being forced to get creative. In the face of a growing population we’ve built staggering skyscrapers and deep underground networks of transportation systems, but where do we go next? Some have started to look at the final unclaimed frontier – the ocean.

Team 1: Stabilize Basic Needs

We all have the element of SURVIVAL in common. Financial Well-Being is the “gateway element” on our way to higher levels of well-being.  “Survival” is placed on the middle of row of the ENERGY SCALE with everything that brings well-being listed above and everything that brings pain listed below.

If we plan to transition away from capitalism towards a gift economy, the first skill set we all must learn is to Stabilize Basic Needs. In the gift economy it takes an entire arcology to meet our needs on all seven levels. It doesn’t cost much money, but requires a lot of effort and heart-felt concern for others. In the current system we must “make money” in any way we can and concern for others and connection with our fellow man is not required.

The transition from capitalism to the gift economy starts by becoming “the producer” instead of “the consumer,” finding ways to “make money” in a new way now that will provide goods or services to contribute to a future arcology later. Most of us don’t create goods or provide services, but instead work at jobs that keep a gigantic corporate machine moving forward. To switch gears to a local focus will be very difficult for some of us who have no training or skills that would be valuable to an arcology.

For this reason, Step 5 is focused on gathering people together to teach valuable skills, practice working together, and train for positions within an arcology of well-being and a gift economy.  Food for Well-Being from MyWholeFoodsKitchen.com is the system we use for this workshop.  It is easily expandable so that many families can work together if they all use the same system. The plan is written in the FOOD FOR WELL-BEING HANDBOOK.  There are many ways for a family to “Stabilize Basic Needs” using this system to produce their own food, store basic staples, and teach others to do the same.

Apple Cider Vinegar

We recommend a splash of apple cider vinegar to V-8 juice every morning.

You can also add a splash of amino acids and liquid minerals for a super-packed method to conquer illness.

Sprinkle with a little nutritional yeast and sea kelp and you have a salty, cheese-flavored treat.  Stir it with a stalk of celery for a healthy drink anytime, day or night.

BENEFITS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:

by http://www.Top10HomeRemedies.com

1. Controls Blood Sugar

Your body produces insulin to manage the level of sugar in your blood. The antiglycemic effects of apple cider vinegar help improve insulin sensitivity.

People who have insulin resistance should have a dose of apple cider vinegar with each meal. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with one glass of filtered water.

Drink this three times daily to steady your stomach’s digestion rate, which in turn increases the time your body has to process new sugars and keeps your blood sugar levels more stable.

2. Whitens Teeth

If you are embarrassed because you have yellow teeth, apple cider vinegar is a cheap and simple way to restore your teeth’s natural pearly white sheen. Apple cider vinegar helps remove stains and kill bacteria in your mouth and gums.

All you need to do is gargle with apple cider vinegar every morning and then brush your teeth as usual. Regularly eating apples also helps, as the crunchy fruit scrubs your teeth like a toothbrush.

3. Treats Constipation

Apple cider vinegar contains pectin, a water-soluble fiber that promotes bowel movements. This makes it a great natural treatment for constipation.

Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink it three times a day. You can add apple or grape juice to the mix to make it more palatable.

4. Promotes Weight Loss

Regular consumption of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar can also promote weight loss. Apple cider vinegar is a good source of acetic acid.

Studies have found that obese people who consumed acetic acid daily for 12 weeks enjoyed a significant decrease in body weight, abdominal fat, waist circumference, and triglycerides. The acetic acid also helps prevent buildup of body fat and certain liver fats.

5. Nourishes Hair

A solution of apple cider vinegar and water, mixed in equal proportions, makes a wonderful natural hair conditioner. It helps nourish the hair, giving it a shine and soft texture.

It’s also effective as a home remedy for dandruff. Apple cider vinegar destroys the fungus that causes dandruff and restores the pH balance of the scalp.

To treat dandruff, apply a 50/50 mixture of water and apple cider vinegar to the scalp, leave it on for 15 minutes to an hour and then rinse it out. Follow this remedy once or twice in a week.

6. Gives Glowing Skin

Apple cider vinegar can help treat blemishes, reduce wrinkles and tone your skin. For blemishes, apple cider vinegar is a good astringent. Soak a cotton pad in diluted apple cider vinegar and dab it on your blemishes to dry them out and help them heal.

To minimize the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, soak a cotton pad in diluted apple cider vinegar and apply it to the areas you want to treat. It will help tighten and plump up your skin a bit.

To use as a toner, mix half a cup of apple cider vinegar with a cup of water and apply it all over your face. Regular use of this solution will help maintain the pH balance in your skin and prevent various types of skin infections.

7. Combats Leg Cramps

leg cramp

Many people suffer from painful night time leg cramps. Apple cider vinegar’s rich mineral content helps reduce the frequency, intensity and pain of leg cramps.

When cramping occurs, simply sip some apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of warm water. Within a few minutes, the cramping will diminish. You can also add two tablespoons apple cider vinegar and a little honey to a glass of water and drink it slowly.

8. Treats Colds and Coughs

cough and cold

Apple cider vinegar is a favorite remedy for the common cold, cough or sore throat. Mix one teaspoon each of apple cider vinegar, honey and warm water. Adding some mashed ginger to this mixture further enhances its medicinal properties.

Drink one teaspoon of this mixture, three times a day, for relief from congestion, coughing and a stuffy nose.

9. Fights Infection

infection

Apple cider vinegar’s antiseptic properties make it effective against bacterial and fungal infections. It is useful, for example, in treating ear infections, bladder infections, candidiasis.

For an ear infection, rinse the ear with diluted apple cider vinegar. For a bladder infection or candidiasis, drink a glass of warm water and on teaspoons of apple cider vinegar every night until symptoms improve.

10. Lowers Blood Cholesterol

cholestrol in artery

Research has shown that apple cider vinegar can help improve your blood’s lipid profile by decreasing the levels of triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) or bad cholesterol, while increasing the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) or good cholesterol. This is especially important to manage or prevent complications resulting from diabetes.

These are just a few of the reported uses for apple cider vinegar. There are many more health benefits of this inexpensive kitchen ingredient. So next time when you go grocery shopping, do not forget to pick up a bottle of it so you have it on hand when you might need it.

Weight Loss, Gut Health and Depression

by Teré Foster

What do athlete's feet, earaches, obesity and depression have in common? Nothing right?

The symptoms of candida are tricky to spot because they seem like unrelated conditions that you might not realize are from the same cause.

Which doctor can pull all the symptoms together for an accurate diagnosis? You might go to an MD for the earache, a family counselor for the anxiety and the drug store for athlete's food creme and never get to the true source of the problem: candida.

The reality is clear that ONLY YOU can diagnose candida accurately and treat it thoroughly until it is gone. By the time you have enough symptoms to force you to research it on the internet your Candida has likely gone throughout your bodily systems. Some statistics go so far as to say that more than 80% of Americans have an overgrowth of candida, and 5-7% of newborns have candida before they are a month old.  This common fungus found in every human stomach may be the culprit for most human disease when it is allowed to out-number the good bacteria.  Candida is the cause of the most common blood infections in hospitals.  Here are some of the first signs of candida overgrowth in the body.

Candida Overgrowth Symptoms:

  • Childhood hyperactivity,
  • Food allergies, carbohydrate craving, weight gain
  • Vaginitis (thrush), yeast infections,
  • Premenstrual tension
  • Menstrual irregularities,
  • Loss of libido,
  • Anxiety, depression, mental illness
  • Earaches, headaches, and dizziness,
  • Impaired memory, poor concentration, a “foggy” brain with feelings of unreality,
  • General weakness,
  • Tiredness or malaise,
  • Insomnia,
  • Cystitis/urethritis (urinary tract infection – painful, burning or “stinging” during urination),
  • Stiff, creaking and painful joints,
  • Muscle pain
  • Indigestion
  • Diarrhoea/constipation,
  • Irritable bowel syndrome,
  • Constipation / Diarrhea,
  • Fatigue, bloating, flatulence (gas),
  • Ileocaecal valve dysfunction (pain in the gut)
  • Gallstones
  • Asthma, Inhalant allergies, multiple chemical sensitivities,
  • Mucus or catarrh, hay fever, sinusitis, persistent cough,
  • Heart arrhythmias,
  • Discoloured nails, acne and other skin eruptions
(nail and skin issues are classic tell-tale symptoms of candida),
  • Eczema, Psoriasis,
  • Urticaria (itchy skin/hives)
  • Toenail fungus, athletes foot
  • Epilepsy
  • Schizophrenia
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Hypoglycemia (low-blood sugar levels)

A few years ago I had many symptoms that were seemingly unrelated such as an ear ache, athlete’s foot and cold sores and weight gain. I found that they were all symptoms of an overgrowth of bacteria in the stomach called candida. I became so ill that I was making plans with my husband, both of us in tears, about who would take care of my children. We thought I must be dying. I couldn’t stand up. I couldn’t lift my arms. I couldn’t live my life! I finally developed such terrible neck pain that I went to see my chiropractor. He told me to stop all sugar for three weeks or more. But sugar is in everything! In order to do this I had to completely stop all store-bought processed foods; everything in a box, bag or can.

The little candida organisms crave sugar, which is their life source. Any form of sugar will do; any sweetener, any carbohydrate. So I kept craving the wrong foods because that’s what the intruders were begging for. I researched it on the internet and found that a large number of people in America have candida without recognizing it. I had been treating all the little symptoms separately without understanding the nature of candida. It is a colony of life-sapping organisms that made me tired and depressed by attacking every bodily system. The life-sapping processed foods that feed the life-sucking organisms that attack the body from the inside out begin to manifest diseases such as cancer, heart disease and diabetes. The food companies know this and so do the pharmaceutical companies, but processed foods means big bucks for both.  They have no plans to stop producing them as long as people buy them. I cannot rely on them to solve the problem-- at least fast enough to protect my health and the health of my loved ones.

I came back to the truth that I had known all along; I had to boycott processed foods before they actually sapped me of my life! Our meals were breaking our bodies down, “killing with kindness” as the saying goes. I learned to set up my kitchen to be a place of productivity and vitality rather than a den of obesity and disease. (Sorry if that sounds blunt, but my life was in the balance!)

I have found that the best way to avoid junk food is to have none in my house. As soon as I leave the house I am surrounded with all the foods I am trying to avoid, so I make my home a “safe haven” where these foods will not bombard my loved ones with impulses that work against their health and well-being. Because I am the shopper for the family, I hold a grave responsibility to guide the family wisely in the foods that they have to choose from when they are in their own home.

I can’t allow our menu choices to be driven by our cravings for sugar or salt. Feeding our craving for sugar is actually “feeding” the living organisms of bacteria that are wreaking havoc on our health. If we all teach these concepts to our children we can end the epidemic of obesity and diet-related diseases in their lifetime!

How to Conquer Illness, Obesity and Depression

at the Same Time

STEP 1: REPLACE PROCESSED FOODS
If you hire one of our FOOD for WELL-BEING professionals, they will take this step very seriously as we hope you will too.  Cleaning out the kitchen will make all the difference in the world.  If you want to follow a craving in that brief moment of weak will, you can always go out.  The trick is to do your best, and get back on track if you falter.  We like planning for weekend sweets on Saturday, but only in small amounts until you feel the improvements you are looking for.  Then our professionals will fill your refrigerator with FOOD for WELL-BEING Meals for the Week  that are ready to heat - garnish - serve. The meals are made from rice and beans, or "pulses" that:

  • increase fat burning
  • reduce hunger
  • promote gut health and regularity
  • protect against
    • type II diabetes,
    • heart disease and
    • many cancers

.

STEP 2: KILL BAD BACTERIA
Picture these candida organisms like ants coming into your kitchen to invade your boxes of cereal. Step 1: Is to stop eating sugar would be equivalent to taking all your boxes of cereal to the trash and removing anything else from your kitchen that might attract the ants.  Step 2: Is to take Thorne Formula is like finding where the ants live and spraying their ant hill to end the multiplication of more ants.  You have to do both, remove the attraction and kill the reproduction, or the battle will never end.  Thorne Laboratories made Formula SF722 an oil made from the castor bean that kills candida. The oil comes in little, easy to swallow gelcaps.  I was told to take 5 gelcaps three times a day. Within two days the fog lifted on my mind, I was cleaning house and back to my usual energy!

Probiotic

STEP 3: ADD TO YOUR GOOD BACTERIA
Step 3: Is to take a probiotic that sends organisms to fight back the candida organisms.  These are called "good bacteria" because no matter how many live in your gut it will never cause illness or disease.  Quite the contrary.  They actually keep illness and disease at bay.  After "starving out" the candida organisms and reducing their numbers with Formula sf722m I then added good bacteria to the stomach increasing the strength of the immune system. When these are out-numbered by bad bacteria (candida) you have no defense against illness and disease. Scientists found a way to put these good bacteria in a pill that you can take with every meal called probiotics. This will help to restore a balance of 20% bad bacteria and 80% good bacteria. These numbers are reversed in most Americans leading to many symptoms listed above and finally resulting in obesity, illness and cancers of many kinds. We don't recommend relying on yogurt as a source of probiotics due to the sugar and dairy found in this common food.

Formula SF722

STEP 4: EAT NEGATIVE CALORIE FOODS
Certain foods burn more calories during digestion than what they have. These are foods high in fiber and have a low glycemic index. The only calories will be the things you might add such as melted cheese on broccoli, olive oil on sauteed zucchini or ranch dressing on carrots.

  • celery
  • berries
  • grapefruit
  • carrots
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • pickles
  • watermelon
  • apples
  • zucchini
  • broccoli
  • lettuce

STEP 5: GIVE YOUR DIETARY GOALS MEANING
Determine why you want to achieve a different weight.

Are you trying to:

  • feel better
  • have more energy
  • be able to play with your children or grandchildren
  • sleep better
  • decrease a medication
  • regain an activity that has been lost
  • improve a health problems (many health problems will improve that are not necessarily attached to weight loss, but instead attached to candida)

Whatever your reason, once you have identified it, you will have an easier time sticking to a program until you achieve your meaningful goal.  Other goals for superficial looks or competitive edge will soon dim.  But higher goals of serving those you love with more energy and vitality for a longer lifespan will never lose their meaning.

A FEW MORE TIPS

  1. Focus on healthy lifestyle changes, not your appearance
  2. Set realistic and achievable goals
  3. Engage in daily structured activities, including exercise
  4. Make healthy eating a daily activity
  5. Be sure you’re adopting habits you can keep
  6. Adopt new habits one at a time over days or weeks
  7. Enlist support from family and friends
  8. Set a specific start date

Transform the World

Implement Strategies

The objective for this dimension of love is to begin to realize that everything we do is duplicated by the millions of people on earth. We must have systems that will help us protect the planet, use our resources wisely and be responsible for future generations. In other words we must duplicate well-being, reaching beyond our own local needs to heal the world in a serious and permanent way.

As we make our plans and designs for “Global Well-Being” we have the opportunity to keep all of the elements of well-being in mind. We must have a clear mission and be able to inspire the creativity of the most illuminated and intuitive people available.  We have to distribute our wealth at the same rate that we produce it if we intend to have an impact on global well-being.

To include more and more people we wouldn’t expand the edges of the arcology larger and larger or the living quarters smaller and smaller.  Instead we would configure another perfectly balanced “block” of 200 people to build another arcology located adjacent to the first arcology, but it would operate its economy separately and autonomously. This micro-economy structure will eliminate the economic imbalance that happens when too many experts of one field live in the same community, creating unemployment or under employment.  We instead create another economic “block” of 200 and situate it within walking distance.

The block of 200 people could “stack” as in a skyscraper or just a building three or four stories high.  It might be interesting to design a building that could continue to build “up” as more “blocks” of 200 were added to one location.  The first reason for stacking rather than spreading out low to the ground would be to allow for more of the available land to be used for growing the necessary crops to sustain the arcology. The space and capacity for growing key crops on the surrounding land and more crops in the indoor farming system will determine how many “blocks” of 200 the land can sustain.

There are advantages of having a larger population of arcology-minded people to work together on larger projects.  In a dense population, there may be more than 200 people who want to join forces to build a hospital or a manufacturing plant for baby food or something of great importance. They would continue to build balanced blocks of 200, but work together on the larger vision with the positions that are not defined.

Global Planning

America was founded on the hope of creating the plan for "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." Many of my fellow Americans have replaced that dream with "life, liberty and the pursuit of money." I have found that if I get in the way of some people's ability to make money and or keep them from spending it all on themselves, they don't like me very much. They still don't understand that they have been blessed with the ability and strength to make large sums of money so that they can be the answer for those who have not been blessed with this skill set.

If we take our blessings and gobble up the profits we have lost sight of what Jesus taught when he said "what you do for the global family, you do unto me." The reverse of that is sobering. "What you choose to withhold from the global family, you choose to withhold from me." Read the entire chapter of Matthew chapter 25 and then decide for yourself what Jesus really wants you to do to express the religious part of yourself.

Gandhi stated that "Poverty is the cruelest form of violence." In so few words, Gandhi pointed out that one man's poverty is a result of the activities or inactivity of another. Allowing poverty to continue is a conscious choice we all make every day. “But what can I do? I’m just one person.  I’m barely staying afloat myself! The answer is simple: Unite into the largest, most powerful global family that the planet has ever known. We can’t do it alone, but we most certainly can do it together.

We must expand our connection with God and mankind to gather and unite as humanitarians who will not tolerate poverty and inequality. No more can we continue to be a self-satisfying, self-focused people living a lifestyle that creates the mounting problems of poverty that require endless social programs. We must reach for the next level up from free enterprise to create a lifestyle based upon inter-dependence and cooperation. If we capitalists suppose ourselves to be successful while our "neighbors" in other neighborhoods or other countries go without their basic needs, we have a goal that is far different than the One we say we trust on the very currency we worship. We must set higher goals that include the well-being of every human on earth, not just our own.

Aren’t you sick of hearing that poverty is an incurable disease?  Aren’t you sick of being told that there is nothing we can do?  Why are we taught to quit before we even try?

What if there was a “Trump Tower” designed for planetary well-being instead of the greatest possible profits? With self-sustaining indoor green houses that produced enough food, water, energy and shelter for everyone within a 50 mile radius, we could build this self-contained tower in the poorest places in the world and put an end to poverty all at once.  In areas of extreme poverty, the arcology will have to have a fully staffed hospital and rehabilitation center just to bring the population to a zero point. They can’t be expected to “carry their own weight” for a very long time. In light of this understanding, arcologies built in areas of extreme poverty would need more people living and supporting the arcology. Perhaps we could build 10 or 20 arcologies to support the hospital.

The bible speaks of a time when “every tear will be wiped from our eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”  I believe this prophecy is talking about the new economy that is emerging as the capitalist economy crumbles.  We are the generation of well-being that has been prepared to inherit the earth and lead the earth into world peace, abundance for all and a restored planet.

The truth is becoming clear that the planet connects us into one organism and when one child starves on the other side of the globe it impacts our well-being here at home, because the condition and safety of our global family sends ripples of energy to all of us. As we learn more about the law of attraction, we can gather to set our priorities and our group intention to solve poverty right now.  Nothing is impossible when people work together for the common good.

I believe that all of the experts that we need to pull this project together would give freely of their time and talents to make these towers happen once their own needs were met by living in one of our gated communities.  I believe that all that materials we need would be freely given, the construction workers and contractors, the medical and dental professionals, any and all that is needed would be given freely to help our malnourished brothers and sisters around the world heal and reach their fullest human potential.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

How important is it to you to be involved in the planning process of your home life and your life purpose career?

Utilities

Active Greywater

Among the many topics of sustainability is the protection of our water resources and the sustainable practices for sanitation.

Every day, the average American family of four uses about 400 gallons of water. About 50% of that is considered “greywater.” Greywater is the used water from tubs and showers, bathroom sinks, and loads of laundry. Water that flows from the toilet is called “blackwater,” accounting for nearly 30% of an average home’s indoor water use.

The public water system combines all used water that flows from your house, both grey and black, “purifies” it with chemicals, and sends it back to your house to use as “drinking water.” The chemicals have damaging effects on health.

Anyone with any sense has to have questions about this system.  We have to re-design the water system of an arcology of well-being to use water wisely and protect our health at the same time. In an active greywater system, water from showers, tubs, and washing machines are directed to a holding tank, where it's filtered and then pumped back to flush toilets. Instead of recycling this “blackwater” back to our drinking water, it is used for other purposes, such as flushing toilets and irrigation for your lawn and garden. Toilets are ideal for greywater usage: They’re the biggest source of water consumption in the house. The average U.S. family spends about $500 a year on its water bill. This means that if we are paying for city water, we will use and recycle our water to go several times farther than average.  This could mean a savings of about $150 a year for each household. It also means that if we are on our own well water, we will drain less water from the well.

Biofuels from Blackwater

The solids from the blackwater are called “bio solids.”  These, combined with the stuff from the garbage disposal of each household, as well as the grass clippings, litter box, pulled weeds or any other wet organic material, can easily be transformed into bio fuels. The process is called “hydro-thermal liquefaction” (HTL).  HTL emulates the way crude oil forms naturally, when biomass decays under high pressure and heat for millions of years — but it only takes 45 minutes.  You bake the material at 660 degrees Fahrenheit and you have gas for your car or heat for your home. HTL generates up to 75 percent less carbon pollution than gasoline.

The public water and sanitation system is working on ways to monetize this process since there is so much of it. In fact, there is a continuous, endless supply. In other words, they plan to take our human waste, convert it to fuel, and sell it back to us.

Again, the thinking person has to have questions about a system that takes the waste from everyone’s toilets and transports it miles away to process it. Why spend millions of dollars to create one central processing system?  There is only one reason. Because they want to take free, raw material from us and then sell it back to us at a profit.

Why can’t every household process their own waste and convert it to fuel themselves at no cost?  An arcology of well-being will have a built in conversion system for all organic waste to make sure that there is no such word as “waste” in our vocabulary. We must drill our own well and convert the bio solids on site to provide heat and energy for the entire arcology.

Gather, Build and Share

We believe that the planning and designing, owning and operating of the utilities of an arcology of well-being must be done by those who live there.

We believe that humans need to start from scratch.  They need to survive and invent.  They need to be free to choose their own path.  They need to be needed.  They need to be masters of their own destiny, not subservient on-lookers.  That is what brought out the best in our forefathers, and might always be the perfect scenario for ultimate well-being.

If we work together, we could bring dynamic people together to establish a new kind of human habitat starting with the ideas and strengths of those who plan to live there.  We could design and build a habitat center that meets the needs of every member of the community on all 7 levels of well-being.  We are at a time in history when we can begin to think about designing and building a new kind of habitat center that encourages contribution, physical health,  life purpose, social connection, recreation and global responsibility all at the same time.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

How important is it to you to be involved in the planning process of a community of well-being?

After reviewing the list of jobs that are listed above, can you think of others that may be crucial to the well-being of a small community of 200 people and their children?

Vegan Harmony

Do you have non-vegan eaters at your table?

Are you having difficulties getting them to see the importance of a vegan diet?

Is there a compromise that can be reached so that each person can continue on their life journey without family discord?

We believe there is.

images (2)

If your non-vegan loved one is willing to eat Food for Well-Being, then in theory their desire for meat would be reduced to a simple garnish rather than their primary source of protein.

We can work together with you and your non-vegan loved one to choose a favorite non-vegan garnish to go with each theme.

We hope with this sweet compromise you will maintain loving and tolerant relationships in your home while drastically reducing your overall household meat intake by 50% or more.

This is a personal preference and can be achieved through your free consultation.

Heal

Workshop 7: Heal Humanity

Become the Producer instead of the Consumer

The answer to the world’s problems as well as our own is to decentralize everything and take back control of everything we need for survival.  In so doing, we have plenty to share rather than staying in constant state of “treading water” to stay afloat.

When we choose to develop an arcology economic system that produces far more than can be used by those who live in the arcology, we can begin to make plans to expand our sights to reach outside the community.  We can set community goals to build a duplicate arcology in an impoverished place in the world, we can export our abundance where it will do the most good.  Most of us would share our excess if we were in fact producing something we could share.  The most important transition is for each individual to "produce" something to share.

In today’s advanced world, how is it possible to for so many people starving to death when there are plenty of seeds to plant for survival?  The ground will always produce as long as we have seeds. We no longer have to wait for rain as our forefathers once did since we have the technology to drill wells or harvest water from the moisture in the air.  Owning seeds means that there is no such thing as food shortage.  Why can’t starving people be given seeds that will produce the food they need?

Owning such a large supply of foods in my own home storage caused me to imagine things I had never thought of before, like feeding the poor and needy. When I read about how such a small amount of rice can keep a starving child alive, then I realized that I could keep a number of people alive with my buckets of food. I stopped worrying if I might have too much food stored, more than my little family could ever eat. I became less concerned about storing “too much” food but instead began to figure out how and where I can store more, and how I could inspire you to do the same.  With all of the uncertainty and economic upheavals the world is experiencing at this time in history, many opportunities in the future will obviously arise to feed hungry people. This plan might save many lives; perhaps our own.

Self-Governance in Action

VISION:  Highest Well-Being for All

MISSION: Design a high-energy arcology model that brings well-being to everyone that lives there and serves the surrounding areas.  This model can then be built in places of great need nearby and around the world.

As we make our plans and designs for Arc 7 we have the opportunity to keep all 7 of the elements of highest well-being in mind.

To design a foundation for highest well-being we must be able to inspire the creativity of the most illuminated and intuitive people available to us or train them to be.

Decentralized governance.

No hierarchy.

Not just sustainable, but replicating.

Highest well-being is the first consideration.

Africans call it "Ubuntu".
Christians call it "the millennium".
Jews call it "Zion."

In fact, almost every culture has some form of "Zion" that they look forward to building.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

What do you think is important to include when designing the foundation for highest well-being?

Unify

Unify Relationships

“The Tribe”

Humans have a deep need to belong to a tribe.  Without this family connection we often feel alone in a crowd.  The sense of belonging shapes our sense of self-worth. The sense of belonging may play a larger role in Global Well-Being than we ever realized.  An East Indian guru once said that “Where belonging begins, corruption ends.”  If this is true, then in reverse it might say, “Disrupt the family to destroy the world.”

For ultimate well-being we can borrow some of the characteristics of a tribe and incorporate them into our community plan.

  • Sustained themselves from the land
  • The tribe worked together for the common good
  • Meals were often taken together
  • Stories were shared and passed down
  • Leaders were loved one
  • Religion was built into the social structure, not somewhere you “go”
  • The community was bound by family ties

The tribal structure throughout the ages had a council of elders.  These elders were trusted and respected because they were the parents and grandparents of the members of the tribe. They were not elected leaders, business tycoons or motivational speakers. They were dear relatives who the tribe trusted and would do anything for.  The only way we can have something similar in our community plan is to invite full families of three generations to join the arcology.  We would have to ask the grandparents to play the role of the council of elders. Instead of putting people out when they turn 65, elders would have to be 65 or older to be on the council.  This would be their time of greatest leadership, spiritual maturity and healing power for the community. The community is made up of their own children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  This is the structure that humans thrive in, no matter what age they are.

“The Safety Net”

The tribe is a “safety net.” You and your loved ones have amazing gifts and fruit that you brought to this world to assist each other at this very difficult time in history as we prepare for the epic faceoff between good and evil.  What you have been given to contribute is crucial to the spiritual progression of you and your loved ones and the world around you. When we unite to work together for the common good, it functions exactly like a net draped under a fruit tree. The net catches the fruit before it hits the ground and is crushed.

This safety net is the ultimate purpose and value of the arcology structure. The family tribe was designed to be a safety net for each other to catch the fruit of their lives before it is lost or damaged.  If a community is not providing this protection, it is like allowing the fruit of those within the community fall to the ground and be eaten by the bugs and birds.

Our enemy knows the importance of the safety net and therefore launches his most ruthless attacks against each member of the family until he makes a weak or vulnerable entry point—a hole in the net.  He hopes to get the fruit to fall through the holes in the net early, while they are young.  With holes in the safety net all of that precious fruit will go to waste instead of serving the purpose for which they were designed.

We must identify any holes that might be in our tribal safety nets.  Then we can plan to repair our nets and strengthen the areas where our young ones, and our adults, are vulnerable. The goal of GlobalWell-Being.org is to strengthen the power within you to reach to your highest priorities, your greatest productivity and your ultimate purpose to be part of the safety net of your tribal community.  This net will prevent you and your loved ones from falling and instill the confidence for all of you to “leap” without fear of being damaged or lost.

If our arcologies of well-being and the families within them function with love, acceptance, encouragement and support, working together for the common good, the community will thrive unlike any other because each member of the community is producing so much fruit and the fruit is being “caught” in the safety net before they hit the ground.  “Caught” means recognized, appreciated, utilized and implemented for the greatest global good.

“Mom and Pop” Business

Families are the building blocks of a community and communities are the building blocks of all humanity. Families established America. They owned the town, the businesses, the schools, and anything else they built together. The corporations moved in and ran family owned businesses out of business to create a new generation of consumers who will purchase their mass produced products instead. In so doing they dismantled the family owned business and the tribal aspects of the community.

To regain the sense of inter-dependence that humans long for we must reclaim the role of the owner producer and choose to buy, sell, trade and gift with locally owned businesses within the arcology of well-being as much as possible. This is the purpose of building an arcology of well-being instead of consenting to a system that dismantles the family tribe.

A Gallup study recently showed that humans must have six hours a day of direct social contact with friends and family to experience a sense of social well-being.  Like birds must fly in formation and fish must swim with a school, humans also have an instinctive need to interact with a tribe. Yet they are placed into situations at work and school that prevent them from freely talking to one another. We cooperate with this plan in support of a completely new artificial focus of "making money" or "getting an education so we can make money."  Job opportunities often lead to relocation out of state or even out of the country, separating children from grandparents who might have played a large role in their sense of well-being. Relationships are sacrificed on the altar of "the almighty dollar."

Today we see visionary people from other countries take advantage of the "American Dream."  They gather family and friends to create a shared vision of owning a restaurant, an apartment building or a dry cleaners in America, where dreams come true.  They all work together to make their family business thrive.  They share one home, reducing the cost of living substantially.

Meanwhile American children are taught a completely different vision.  They are taught that the more education you get the better equipped you will be to "make money."  Visions, dreams and life purpose are discouraged while the focus is put on "getting a job" and learning how to impress the corporations that holds “the key” to their future.

In reality, the family business is the answer to all of the human requirements for well-being we established in earlier chapters.  When an individual is able to create his or her own destiny they experience Career Well-being. When they gather family and friends with a shared vision, the sense of social well-being is instantly established. Statistics show that Financial Well-being will soon follow. The work day is spent with supportive family and friends instead of competitive strangers.

With a family business, a child grows up with the advantage of learning everything his father and grandfather knows.  When he is of age his family has something substantial to pass to him rather than forcing each generation to start from scratch.  The rising generation can keep the family business on the cutting edge of technology and new discoveries.

  • The business must be screened by the 7 Questions of Well-Being.
  • The family will receive all the support they need to keep the business on the cutting edge.
  • The family business must provide something significant to the community.

Contribution Workshops allow you to explore and search for your own niche to establish what your home business might contribute to improve the well-being of others in your community.  We see the need for some businesses to have a local focus without feeling pressured to reach into the global marketplace.  This will provide that sense of social well-being that comes from serving real people in your neighborhood rather than a faceless “demographic.”

An important step in the workshops is to establish your team that will make it all happen.  We encourage you to gather family and close friends to make your core team and find ways to fully utilize their gifts, talents and passions to expand your vision.  In this way you will spend the necessary time with your loved ones to keep these relationships strong held together by a common mission rather than family members being pulled apart by isolated and unrelated goals. We believe owning your own business or supporting someone close to establish theirs is a very important step in reaching for well-being.

Mom and Pop Business workshops help couples identify and develop their own family business that can make money now and later contribute to the gift economy of an arcology of well-being.  The workshop also emphasizes the importance of including the strengths of each member of the family within their family business structure to pass down to them when they are able to take it over.  Host this workshop to earn extra income. This will begin the process of “making money” in a whole new way that leads to something specific to contribute to an arcology of well-being some day in the future. You will find the link to Mom and Pop Business workshop at GlobalWell-Being.org.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

Spiritual Alliance

SPIRITUAL ALLIANCE: THE SLEEPING GIANT

Definition of sleeping giant: “one that has great but unrealized or newly emerging power”

Humanity is “The Sleeping Giant.” We cover the earth with unrealized yet newly emerging superpower that cannot be subdued. Millions of people are waking up to the fact that by uniting with “all humanity” we can have greater impact on the world around us. By coming together for a common purpose that we all can agree upon, we can form alliances with all spiritual people, regardless of religious affiliation.

By sheer numbers we can make the world a kinder place. All we have to do is realize that we are all the same in the most fundamental ways no matter which part of the ideological spectrum we are closest aligned with. This commonality starts with the need for survival. Once the basic needs are met, we have a deep desire for connection, to be loved and needed, being part of a family, a tribe, a community, and the world as a whole. These common needs are the superpower of the Sleeping Giant because they bind us into one big entity. When we focus on meeting the needs that we all have in common we find hope for a better world.

The Sleeping Giant has been lulled to sleep by division, because when we are focused on our differences it drastically changes our perception of who we are. We, the Sleeping Giant, have the perception that we are many little people who are alone and helpless, forced to allow unthinkable atrocities to happen in the world, because we feel no power to make it stop. We seem to be willing to divide over anything; religion, politics, race, nationality, gender, clothing style, music genre, etc. We allow the giant to be chopped into millions of separate pieces. In such a fragmented condition, the giant finds the gravity of the condition of the world is so overwhelming and stressful that we shrug our shoulders, hang our heads, give up, and settle down for a long winter’s nap. Our perception makes us accept that there is nothing else we can do but turn our backs on the real problems, pointing our fingers at our neighbor’s short-comings instead.

What do you think happens when the outward expression on the left column is not backed up by the heart-felt emotions of the right column?  Is it like a bank not having gold to back up their currency?  Could this be why so many people get hurt by so-called religious people and often lose their faith in religion as a whole? People looking at religion from the outside have to be able to see believers who walk the talk in order to fully trust and commit to the truths these believers offer.  Actions speak louder than words.

About 70% of Americans identify with the Christian faith. This number is down from 78% in 2007 due to the fact that about 1/3 of millennials have left what they call “man-made” religions to pursue something more authentic and meaningful.  They have greater insight into racism, sexism, and religious division than their parents did. This insight makes it difficult to feel completely comfortable in a church setting that is often based on out dated values of judgment and separation. They often encounter the “my team is better than yours” mentality instead of the “we are one” belief system.

We’re looking for people who dream of living in a world where everyone is safe and warm, fed and clothed, loved and respected.   We’re looking for people will never be happy with anything less than Global Well-Being because they know that we are all connected and what happens to one happens to all.  If that’s you, we would like to invite you to Global Well-Being Quarterly Retreats for personal and global well-being.

Ecumenical Interfaith groups understand that doctrine can easily be used by the enemy to “divide and conquer.”  In contrast we use the unifying qualities of the Global Well-Being vision, mission, core values, common needs, defined concerns and agreed upon solutions, we can avoid the division that waters down our power.  We can work side by side for the common good.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

What are some of the benefits you can imagine from creating a spiritual alliance with other faiths?

Develop

Arc 7 Develops Life Purpose

In an arcology of well-being we no longer have jobs that are defined by what we do, but why we do it and for what purpose.  When a teacher, for example, is asked what she does for a living she would answer, “I’m a teacher.”  However, in an arcology of well-being we are trained to see the work we do as our life purpose. We don’t define our jobs by the tasks we complete, but by the purpose for which we do it.  So ask one of our teachers what they do for a living and she will respond something like this: “I help people learn. I help them discover their strengths and help to develop them.  I help them find their purpose on the earth, a purpose that has the greatest impact on the greatest need for mankind.

What about jobs that are more down to earth such as a trash collector for the community.  He would describe his job like this: “I see to it that there is no waste in our community.  I make sure that everyone in the community respects our resources and uses them wisely by dividing their items into bins for recycling and biomass conversion.  I recycle and convert every little scrap into something that betters the community.  There is no such word as waste in our community.”

A third example of a job in the community might be the mayor.  How would she describe her job in an arcology of well-being? Perhaps she would say, “I see to it that each member of my community is experiencing well-being. I find talented people to create support systems for all 7 levels.  I help the members of the community form co-ops to meet basic needs and assist them as they manage these programs.  I make sure that every business is profitable and is bringing income into the community.  I make sure that the profits are dispersed to every member of the community, myself included, in equal portions through worker co-ops.”

Everyone that plans to live and work in an arcology of well-being must work with a Think Tank to create his or her Contribution Agreement.  Life Purpose Careers are completely different than "getting a job".  The primary difference is the final objective is well-being for the individual, the community and the world simultaneously. Education is the key to developing a life purpose that will bring ultimate Career Well-Being.  Find a career that utilizes your strengths and gives your life meaning. Acquire the education needed to develop your strengths. Teach your children to do the same.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

What would you consider to be your current life purpose?

Would you choose the same career if you were to join a community of well-being?

Self-Care

Improve Self-Care

When health deteriorates we cannot provide for our loved ones. Providing for the family is a demanding process that requires health and vitality. If we die young our loved ones are left without support.  These are the legitimate motivating factors to keep our bodies healthy.  We have a responsibility to ourselves and each other to keep our health and energy levels the highest they can possibly be.  As we discussed before, personal well-being is made up of a connection of body, mind and spirit.

So we developed a plan to “improve self-care” that we call “3D Health.”  It is a three-pronged approach that includes exercise, diet and meditation.  We covered a whole foods diet in the previous section as it relates to objective 1: Stabilize Basic Needs.  In this section we will discuss whole foods in relation to objective 2: Improve Self-Care.

3D Health: Body, Mind and Spirit to Improve Self-Care Habits

1) Exercise – For exercise we have a 30 minute aerobic dance that we call REACH FOR WELL-BEING.  The lyrics of the workout music teaches the ENERGY SCALE.  After a workout, these elevating words and phrases will circulate in your mind throughout the day.

2) Diet – For diet we have a rotating menu of whole foods that we call FOOD for WELL-BEING. This program is taught in Cooking Workshops.  We gather together to cook our meals for the week.  Then at meal time all we have to do is heat it up, add fresh vegetables and serve.

3) Meditation – For meditation we have a program that teaches the ENERGY SCALE through guided meditation immediately following group exercise. The three programs together build “from the inside out” in body, mind and spirit.

Stabilize

Stabilize Basic Needs

We all have the need for SURVIVAL in common.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

Do you agree that production of basic needs of the arcology would best be accomplished by those who live in the arcology?

Ask questions!

Intelligent questions will lead to Global Well-Being.

We established 7 screening questions as a guideline to use for all our decision-making.  Before we get involved with any career plan, project or product or before we endorse any candidate, law or company, we ask these 7 questions to ensure that we are on the road that leads to well-being on all 7 levels.

They say “Hindsight is 2020.”  Well, we believe “Foresight is 20/20.”

As we approach the year 2020 we want to be able to claim that we are the generation of well-being.

Why is Global Well-Being Eluding Us?

Do you ever ask yourself what you might do if you were one of the 1% who have an endless supply of money? Would you set up the economic system and social structure that we have today? Please imagine with me another way to set up the game of life that would eliminate human suffering, promote world peace, and end world hunger.

First, to cause the least amount of disruption to the present economy and the greatest possible benefits around the world, we must creatively reorganize ourselves into small communities who together reap the abundant gifts from Mother Earth. As she freely gives, we would freely share these gifts with all those who contribute to the well-being of the community. In so doing, we can create the most advanced civilization on the face of the earth.  Then and only then will we have the well-being for all seven elements that we long.

Would you set up the economic system we have today if you owned the printing press that supplies the world with money?  Most humans in the global family would answer this question with a strong, “No!” without hesitation. How would you do things differently if you were in charge?

The Bible says “Without a vision the people perish.”  Could this mean that if we don’t have a clear idea about how things should be for our ultimate well-being we will be swept into a different plan that is not in our best interest? It all starts with tuning our hearts to a higher frequency and having a very clear vision for planet Earth.

We must ask the obvious question: Does today’s society lead to well-being?  Let’s observe the seven SECTORS of society and evaluate whether well-being is the intended outcome. These include:

  • the economy
  • the health care system
  • the education system
  • the moral training
  • the workforce
  • the environment
  • extreme poverty

We must evaluate each of the SECTORS of today’s society and decide if the system is leading us towards well-being for all.  We will do this evaluation, sector by sector, column by column, as we progress through this course.

Share What You Have

Anyone who has a sincere desire to contribute to Global Well-Being has a place in this organization.

Desire goes farther than aptitude tests or prior accomplishments when it comes to working together for the common good. That means there will be room for all kinds of people with every kind of skill and level of experience.  The last thing we ever want to hear is that you offered to help and we had nothing fulfilling for you to do.

With that said we will be looking for gifted and talented people with ideas, innovations and organizations that support each of the seven elements of well-being and together we will provide a support system for whatever you have in mind.

Conscious Collaboration
Conscious leaders will appreciate that we want them to have the exact same environment of freedom and autonomy that we want for ourselves, one that develops our fullest human potential. To create that environment, we need the structure of a common vision without imposed limitations or ideologies.  In this case, the structure is "global well-being" and anything that supports the pursuit of it will be welcome.  In contrast, anything that excludes or does harm to anyone or anything on any of the 7 levels of well-being will not be welcome.

Not everyone is ready to step into their role at this moment, but those who are ready will be able to do so with ease on GlobalWell-Being.org if we have done our part of the vision correctly.  We are comfortable interacting with leaders and their followers because we have a deep-rooted peace knowing that we have been chosen for this role on the earth at this time in history and we are in no way competitors.  We want every leaders to have that same confidence and understanding of their own role on the earth and find their role in this vision.

Divine Daily Direction
Our strength and confidence comes from a strong connection to the universe. Our leaders receive clear intuitive direction on a daily basis.  We call it "Divine Daily Direction" and we are committed to follow the direction we receive and we work well with people who respect the direction we receive and we respect the direction they receive.  We make the assumption and projection that other leaders will want what we want:
  • We must have the freedom to express the divine direction we receive in an undiluted, unhindered way and so must you.
  • We must have the freedom to think fast, move fast, take action fast when we are guided to do so, and also pause when we are guided to pause and so must you.
  • We must have confidence in the intuitive connection of the leaders who are working with us.
  • Leaders must take care to receive divine guidance and be committed to follow their guidance on a daily basis.
  • We want the freedom to manage our portion of the vision autonomously and we want leaders to manage their own vision separately and autonomously.
  • We trust the journey, mistakes included and work well with leaders who have the same level of trust.

Elevating Energy!
Somehow we will intersect and fit together like pieces of a puzzle or gadgets in an erector set.  Autonomous yet interdependent and connected.  Our fullest potential will be realized when the fully developed pieces are put together.  As we make the right connections the energy of the project will elevate.

A visionary can tell when his or her vision is ready to be added to the Global Well-Being vision:
  • when they have expressed their vision in its entirety in a concrete way that others can understand.
  • when they can answer yes to all 7 questions of the well-being mission.
  • when they know exactly how, when and where they fit into the GlobalWell-Being.org vision.
  • when there is no hesitation or reservation to get involved.

Castor oil is considered a vegetable oil that is pale yellow in color and is produced by crushing the seeds of the castor oil plant. Many of the benefits gained by using castor oil are a result of its chemical composition. Castor oil is a particular type of triglyceride fatty acid, with nearly 90 percent of its fatty acid substance is ricinoleic acid, which is an unsaturated omega-9 fatty acid.

Cooperative Duplication

"Build Nearby and Around the World"

The sense of Global Well-Being comes from being part of an effective solution to the world’s problems. Our small communities will never have to spend their precious time fundraising to end poverty because the community itself is the fundraising arm of all global projects.

Non-profit organizations can work together to make this part of the vision happen around the world. Our communities will build sister communities that they will support and nurture until they are fully functional and self-sustaining. In some parts of the world where war and starvation have depleted the population, this may take a generation or two.

Forming a network of co-ops within this small community and working closely with other well-established non-profit organizations, we will produce and disperse the items necessary to support health and well-being for each of our members. At this point, the members of the community will wholeheartedly work at no charge, because their needs will be provided at no charge, creating a closed loop system that has never been tried before.

Cooperative Duplication is the far-reaching goal for each arcology of well-being. This small community will aim to produce more than is required for its own abundant sustainability. Once the first portion is dispersed to meet the needs of the members of the arcology, the excess items will be exported to support the building of the next arcology in an impoverished area of the world.

Following the same design as the original human habitat, this sister community will soon become a manufacturing co-operative that will sustain itself and its members. The excess items that are manufactured in this sister community can then be sold or donated to support the local economy there or to perhaps build another self-sustaining human habitat nearby. In so doing, we who are described as the “grass roots” are empowered to solve extreme poverty without waiting for top down solutions.

Members of the construction team who have completed building the first community can be sent to build the next community location. As always, they will continue to receive their compensation package and return to their original community whenever they desire. The members of the community know this and have joined the community for this reason. This exciting environment will be the perfect way to integrate soldiers into a close-knit society, utilizing their skills and desire to serve in the most positive direction possible. It will fully utilize the skills of those with disabilities and special needs. It will seek to develop each individual to the highest level of well-being.

Join us for open dialog and creative synergy with the intention of mapping out together a human habitat designed for well-being.

We will help you to understand contributionism and the steps to get there.

We will share the elements of the community that will support each element of well-being.

It's up to you to piece the elements together in a way that feels like home.

When we design our communities for well-being, we will solve world hunger, pollution, corruption, war and every other practice that prevents global well-being.

Structure Your Venture
Your Way

As we make the journey towards an economy that doesn't rely on money, there will be many ways to structure new joint ventures between conscious investors and conscious creators.

We may use time banking, crypto currencies, digital currencies, barter and trade, and combinations and variations of each.

The purpose of any kind of currency is to facilitate an exchange of energy between two parties.  The currency ensures that both parties feel that they have received what they deserved.

In time, when everyone has plenty of everything, and people work together for the common good, these old school forms of exchange will quietly fade away.

The new and budding economic model and social structure let's go of the question, "What's in it for me?" and replaces it with "What do you need?"  "What can I do to make your dreams become a reality?"

Rice and Beans

The reason why we start lunch and dinner with rice and beans is to be able to answer “yes” to the question, “is it healthy?”

With so much misinformation being circulated on the topic of diet and health, one our goals is to develop a diet plan that uses the latest in verifiable research.

Rice

Whole grain brown rice unprocessed in any way is the healthiest food on the planet. Health benefits of brown rice include better functioning of cardiovascular system, digestive system, brain and nervous system. It is loaded with powerful antioxidants which provide relief from a range of ailments such as hypertension, unhealthy levels of cholesterol, stress, mental depression and skin disorders. High nutritional content in brown rice proves effective in various medical conditions such as cancer, obesity, diabetes, neurodegenerative disorders and insomnia. It has anti-depressant properties and helps maintain healthy bones and stronger immune system.

Beans

Organic beans are the best source of protein on planet earth.  They are low in fat, high in fiber and high in protein.  No one ever developed heart disease, diabetes, cancer or obesity from eating beans, when in fact animal products are the leading cause of the top four killers. Yet many people are still convinced that meat and dairy are the best source of protein, a myth perpetuated by the meat and dairy industry that profits heavily from American diets that are high in animal products.

The Atkins and other diets tell you to avoid whole foods that are high in carbs and instead stick to high protein foods in order to lose weight.  However, your health will pay the price with diet-related diseases that can easily be prevented and reversed with a whole food diet.

Rice and Beans in Combination

The combination of rice and beans is found in every culture and ethnic cuisine.  The rest of the world knows how to cook and prepare meals from whole foods.  Americans have lost sight of what their great grandparents once knew: That Mother Earth provides everything we need for ultimate health and well-being and no harm has to come to animals, the environment or our fellow man in the process.

7 Centers

Form a DESIGN team to design and build Arcologies of Well-Being

Include a support center for each of the 7 elements of well-being.

Infrastructure

Arc 7 includes 7 centers to support the 7 elements of well-being:

1- a contribution center

2- a self care center

3- an empowerment center

4- a spirit center

5- an event center

6- a planning center

7- a sustainability center

These may sound similar to organizations that already exist but they are not, because these centers are run by the people, for the people at no charge to the people.  It is a system of contribution and a new social structure that develops a community of people who have well-being instead of money as the bottom line. The system relies on the individual to become “the owner/producer” instead of “the employee/consumer.”  Each person contributes something significant to this budding community.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

What do you imagine the impact will be on the lives of those who live in an arcology of well-being

Please leave your comments below.

Contribution Center

Contribution is the beating heart of an arcology.

Co-creating a new socio-economic system inside an arcology.

"Sweat Equity"

As the community is designed and built, a specific number of people will be hired to work in the community to contribute the skills we all will need included in our compensation package such as medical and dental professionals, wellness and well-being specialists, legal and business services, educators and leaders will be recruited.  Each recruit invests their time, talents and skills to the community as "sweat equity" and in return becomes a shareholder in all of the community enterprises.  As a shareholder, each member will receive a monthly dividend in money.  They will earn much more than their hourly wage or salary would have been.

Financial Well-Being

Together we will design and build the greatest community model on planet earth with the most exciting compensation package every offered, simply because the design and ownership is placed back into the hands of the people who will live and work there.  Our vision is to provide the benefits below free of charge to everyone in the world by educating locals to create a contribution center.  These locals will provide the Compensation Package for their own communities.  This Compensation Package is freely given to all those who contribute to the Contribution Center.

Contribution

Contribution Workshops allow you to explore and search for your own niche to establish what your home business might contribute to improve the well-being of others in your community.  We see the need for some businesses to have a local focus without feeling pressured to reach into the global marketplace.  This will provide that sense of social well-being that comes from serving real people in your neighborhood rather than a faceless “demographic.”

What is the importance of contribution when reaching for financial well-being?

Self-Care

Motivate Self-Care

It has been proven again and again that it is much easier to make positive daily lifestyle changes when we have the support of a group accountability system.  But we want more than fitness or weight loss.  We want well-being in body, mind and spirit.  The evidence that a person has physical well-being is the abundance of energy they have to meet the demands of their day, the restful sleep they enjoy, and the healthy physical appearance they project.

At the Self Care Center we equip leaders to gather their followers weekly for Well-Being Workshops in their local areas.  These workshops include our plan for exercise, diet and meditation.  These three together help produce peaceful sleep and physical well-being.

Self Care or Medical Care?

Self Care is the Best Health Care System

The Self-Care Center provides the foundation of long-lasting health and slowed aging.  We learn to appreciate and value the physical body we inhabit and treat it with utmost respect and care.  Our slogan is: "The best health care is self care."

Those who participate in this program are eligible to receive free medical and dental check-ups annually and free health care from the center's volunteer medical, dental and holistic team. Rather than offering a health care program that treats symptoms, we place the responsibility of health and wellness on the individual to prevent symptoms.  So a primary focus of the center is to help people care for their own bodies.  In this way we reduce health care costs to true emergencies.  All natural avenues will be explored before recommending medications or invasive surgeries.

Free health care at the Self Care Center will only be offered to those who treat their bodies with respect and honor, although we expect to have an army of healers who will be there to help those who are struggling with addictions or mental stress with an endless selection of healing modalities. Their goal will be to help everyone reach their highest physical well-being possible and to receive free health care from the Self Care Center.

Well-Being Workshops

Body

Mind

Spirit

We call this three dimensional approach "3D Health."  We believe in a more holistic approach to physical well-being than a typical fitness program offered at a gym or your typical diet program offered through a weight loss clinic.  By creating connection in body, mind and spirit we believe we reach a much higher objective of that sense of Physical Well-Being.

"To keep the body in good health is a duty...
otherwise we cannot keep our minds strong and clear."  --Buddha

The Learning Center

OBJECTIVE 3:

Unleash Potential

Virtual Learning

Developing a Life Purpose is completely different than teaching "marketable skills."

Life Purpose Careers are completely different than "getting a job".

The primary difference is the final objective is well-being ...
for the individual, the community and the world simultaneously.

Our goal is to teach each individual the power they have when the education they experience is focused on developing “life purpose.”

Knowledge is Power

Self-Guided Learning

We believe in a self-guided, individualized learning system that helps each learner discover their strengths and their life purpose as opposed to the public education system that educates in groups.  Technology makes finding your niche possible in a way that a 30 to 1 student/teacher ratio could never do.

In a self-guided, individualized learning system there is no such thing as grading.  Instead the goal is “mastery.”  There is no time limit or "end" to the education of anyone.  Each child or adult is allowed to excel and advance in the subjects that come easy and allowed to take all the time they need for subjects that are more challenging.

When a child or adult is allowed to learn at their own pace until they master the subject they are studying, we believe anyone can learn anything.  Thus a learning disability is not based on the apparent lack of ability of the individual, but the learning program's obvious lack of flexibility to adapt to the learning needs of each individual.  Group learning is part of a bygone system that is giving way to a more effective and equalizing individualized learning system.

Rather than pushing a student into subjects they don't enjoy or desire, they can focus on the subjects that motivate them to push forward.  When the learner becomes bored, he or she can move to another subject.   In an individualized system, the strengths of each individual becomes clear.  These strengths can then be fully developed and fully utilized rather than spending precious development time on subjects that won't make a bit of difference to the learner, the community or the world.

How would a self-guided virtual learning program impact you and those you love?  Would it help in finding meaningful life purpose?

Cooperation

Cooperation is the Key

A Think Tank is a body of experts providing advice and ideas on specific political or economic problems. We
decided that “we the people” are the experts about what we need and where the gaps are in our own lives. When people join in unity, letting go of the need to compete, and choosing to work together for the common good, humans have the capacity to accomplish anything. Humanity is the “sleeping giant” with untapped power to change the world into an environment of well-being. We hope you will accept our invitation to join the Well-Being Think Tank.

We don’t want anything to do with systems of control that require force. On the contrary, all decisions and strategies during our think tanks are made by you, because you are a member of the think tank. Our objective is to transition from systems of control to systems of empowerment by giving each think tank member equal decision-making power. Think tanks work together to activate each members’ life purpose in a way that meets their emotional needs for love and connection.

The Well-Being Think Tank is the open door to a network of conscious creators who are making a difference. Our immediate think tank goal is to bring people from all walks of life together to fill in the gaps we identified in today’s support system. Food stamps, for example, is part of the support system that meets the need for food.
Unemployment services help find a job.  Homeless shelters provide a place where you can get out of the cold.  These are wonderful things for a society to do for each another!  However, too often today’s support system only attempts to meet physical needs without realizing the impact that prolonged unmet emotional needs can have on health and well-being. This is why it is reported that 3 out of 4 people in America show severe signs of loneliness and that the use of anti-depressants are on the rise. Our think tanks go the next step to fill in the remaining gaps in the support system with strategies to meet each member’s emotional needs as well as their physical needs.

The Well-Being Think Tank is a call to action. Our think tanks choose not to wait for government agencies to fill these gaps. In fact, we don’t believe that they can!  Instead, we choose to offer well-being to each other at the same time that we seek to gain it for ourselves. Emotional support must be given freely, human to human, if we want it to be effective. For this reason we have to find the love and support inside of ourselves. We of the American middle class can no longer prosper while others in the world die of starvation.  We can no longer stand by as so many people live in quiet desperation, never finding their passion or living their dreams. We can no longer wait for "someone" to do “something” about the inequities of the world, relying on a system with so many gaps in emotional support. Instead we choose to work together to fill the gaps and wipe away every tear from the eyes of our fellow think tank members!  Cooperation is the key!

Career Well-Being

There are a few of the experts needed to fully develop the potential of the members of the community.  Can you think of a few more that your unique situation would benefit from?  With 200 adult “spots” in the community, we can bring in all the professionals needed to make the right balance.

DISCUSSION QUESTION:

How important is it to you to be involved in the planning process of a community of well-being?

After reviewing the list of jobs that are listed above, can you think of others that may be crucial to the well-being of a small community of 200 people and their children?

7 Dimensions Assessment

7 Surveys

Our  circle of focus is expanding.

1-"Survival mode" is the first dimension of life.  It is the most basic instinct of all living creatures. When we ensure our own survival, we love ourselves, and our circle expands.

2- Body: Taking care of your physical body, through healthy foods, enjoyable exercise and stress reduction skills expands your circle of love a little larger.  You will have more capacity to learn and grow.

3- Mind: The circle expands as you study and research the things that capture your interest.  You discover your gifts and talents, and develop your life purpose.

4- Spirit: Expansion continues as you realize that you are a creative being and can create the things you want out of life.  You connect to the divine and experience a greater capacity for love and acceptance of your true self.

Service to Self: These four together creates personal well-being, yet your circle continues to expand to include others.

Service to Others: You move your focus from the foundation work of serving self, to the fulfilling work of serving others.

5- Family: Our friends and family members are the first "others" we serve, with such strong bonds of love that you can't enjoy happiness unless they too are enjoying happiness.  When they hurt, you hurt, because they are in your heart's expanding circle of love.

6- Community: As the heart grows in capacity for love we begin to see our fellow man in a new and compassionate light.  Everyone we pass catches our attention, as we begin to notice the needs of others.  Our expanding circle has room for the strangers all around us.

7- Humanity: When we serve others in our local area, it seems to cause our circle to expand large enough for all mankind, all creatures, great and small.  We begin to realize that we are all one connected being called "Earth." We receive energy from the sun, from nature, and from all races, religions and cultures.  We are at peace with all things, come what may.

Highest Well-Being

We all have a deep Emotional Need to be part of a community or a “tribe” and to feel connected to others in a meaningful way. However, living in a community that does not love and accept us can leave us feeling lonely in a crowd. In fact, UCLA states that 3 out of 4 people in the U.S. show signs of serious loneliness. They found a connection between loneliness and a premature death. Approximately 42.6 million adults over age 45 in the United States are estimated to be suffering from chronic loneliness. The Harvard Study of Adult Development discovered that loneliness seems to be a better predictor of people's physical health at age 80 than their cholesterol levels.

According to the responses from Gallop polls gathered over several decades in over 150 countries, the number of people who report a sense of well-being on all seven levels are less than 7%. And based upon the growing number of people on anti-depressants, that number is on the decline for all types of people, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. This workbook intends to explore this subject and pinpoint the gaps in our support system that might be responsible in part for the wide-spread lack of well-being around the world. What is missing in today’s society that produces such loneliness and despair? Once identified, we can focus our think tanks filling in those gaps. We hope that every participant will join us for this important next step on their pathway to greater well-being.

This course starts by teaching how to create an environment of well-being. You will learn the 7 Elements of Well-Being and become familiar with the emotional needs that are common to all people no matter what their unique circumstances may be. Knowing this, we can formulate a plan that will assist any group in their goal of creating an environment of well-being.

Over the course of 10 30-minute sessions, this workshop you will learn how to gain well-being as well as how to offer well-being to others. You will be taught how to create an environment of well-being in your home, your school, or your workplace.

Learning the difference between “physical needs” and “emotional needs” you will learn the art of self-care that will improve your own well-being significantly. About half-way through the 10 sessions the program takes a fundamental shift in perspective from gaining well-being to offering well-being. This shift causes immediate improvements in your overall sense of well-being, elevating yourself from the "needy recipient" to the "compassionate hero." You will be empowered to change the world around you through projects that we accomplish as a group. Every project starts as a Well-Being Think Tank.

5-FAMILY connections and close friends that deeply impact our well-being. Their well-being impacts our well-being and our well-being impacts theirs.
We also have the need to “belong” and to be “known” in the...

6-COMMUNITY  That tribal connection plays a role in our well-being.  And we impact the well-being of our community. If you don’t believe that, think how one person in your community can change everything just by dumping their trash along the highway or waving a gun around at the mall.  You make your community a safe and beautiful by being peaceful and friendly and taking good care of the environment.

But many of us are realizing that even when all these elements are in place and working well, there is still another element to well-being.  We need to know that the world we live in is a safe and beautiful place.  It is not enough to have well-being on a personal level because the condition of all...

7-HUMANITY has an impact on us and we have an impact on all HUMANITY. But most of us don’t realize the how much we each do to make the world a safe and beautiful place, because there is still so much chaos and suffering in the world.  This leads to fear and concern which has a very direct impact on our sense of well-being.

This is when we begin to realize that the planet connects us into one organism and what happens to one happens to all.

Just knowing that millions of people suffer around the world keeps us from experiencing true and lasting peace no matter how good we have it here at home, because we are connected beings who can feel the pain of all humanity. This may be the reason why so many experience depression even though they have everything going for them. And this is as it should be because what kind of people would we be if it didn’t bother us at all?

Belonging

5 - Belonging

CORE VALUES FOR FAMILY: SOCIAL WELL-BEING

  • We believe that “Where belonging begins, corruption ends.”
  • We believe we are all one family when we expand our hearts to include all people.
  • We believe that when individuals are well supported they will reach their highest potential, elevating the family to its highest potential, the community to its highest potential and the world to its highest potential.
  • We therefore believe that taking good care of our own multi-generational family members is the greatest service we can do for the world.
  • We seek to elevate the energy of the planet by elevating the energy within the family first, teaching each member individually how to treat one another.
  • We believe that families must develop a strong and peaceful “nest” where the rising generation can develop.
  • We believe that families are the building blocks of any community and even more so in an arcology of well-being.
  • We believe that strong families can better support an arcology of well-being, we therefore believe that any support given to the development and strengthening of the family relationships is time and energy well spent.
  • We intend to design and build a human habitat that keeps the well-being of the family in mind.
  • We intend to design and build a human habitat that helps those who have no family connections to feel like they belong.

Where Belonging Begins, Corruption Ends

Imagine being part of a team that was like a family.
Imagine being part of a family that was like a team
who loved and appreciated you for who you are
Not only because you are so lovable,
but because the team has been transformed to be kind,
to be loving, to be compassionate, to love you no matter who you are.

Imagine being part of a team that sees you as a valuable, talented, integral member,
not because you passed their probationary skepticism and proved that you have something they need, but because the team is made up of people who believe
that there is untapped human potential in everyone.

Imagine being part of the perfect team of loving, intelligent people…

Not democrats, not republicans, not atheists, not religion-ists, not feminists, not capitalists...

Just humans in love with humanity.
Just earthlings in love with earth.

Just people who love all people.
Not only because all people deserve love, but because love feels so much better than hate.

Love makes you beautiful no matter what you look like.

Love puts a sparkle in your eyes and a sedative quality in your smile.

Love puts healing power in your touch and a treasure in your words.

Love makes you interesting and appealing.

Love gives you understanding and authority.

Love gives you a reason to exist and a purpose to live for.

Love is self-sustaining and self-contained.

Imagine being in love. Love for self, for others, for all humanity, for all creation.

Intelligent questions will lead to Global Well-Being.

Before we can make new plans to ensure the SURVIVAL of the planet, we must first inspire and educate our participants to higher ideals.

We hope to gather and organize the Conscious Community to become a strong influence in their local families and communities.  We will ask governments and corporations to voluntarily adopt the 7 questions of well-being as a guideline for all future decisions.

Products, projects and candidates who can answer "yes" to these 7 questions will be supported by the GlobalWell-Being.com community.   We can lift the entire population of the world to well-being on all 7 levels with these concrete questions that anyone can ask.

Our mission is to educate the world in ways that even a child can understand.  We partner with every uplifting organization in the world that seeks to UNIFY, INSPIRE, EDUCATE and ELEVATE people in a world that often seeks to oppose all that is good.

TV

Research and develop seven objectives that will support each of the seven elements of well-being within our communities.

Think Tanks research, screen and locate innovations, inventions, products, projects, leaders and their videos that contribute to a community model that will meet our 7 objectives.

We know there are still more healers, innovators, inventors, makers, creators, thinkers, leaders and visionaries yet to be discovered.  So we continue to add to our collection of videos as we find them and we hope you will bring to our attention anyone we may have missed. As we design and build a community model we will incorporate these cutting edge solutions to bring about Global Well-Being together.

We continue to search for leaders and innovators who are helping the world shift to higher consciousness.  These leaders won't be found on mainstream television or funded by government agencies.  In consequence, you might not hear about them unless you SEARCH for them.  As we find these leaders we post them where you can easily find them and stay connected with the conscious community around the world.

.

FOLLOW THE RISING LEADERS

TV.GlobalWell-Being.org - There is a generation of leaders who are rising up both in and outside of the established system to create solutions to the problems of the world.

We call them “Conscious Creators,” people who are part of the self-organizing “conscious community” who believe that we can change the world by freely contributing our time, talents and energy to bring about healing, unity and acceptance.

So we set out to find these innovators, these leaders, who are bringing solutions for all 7 levels of well-being.

We found youtube videos from these rising leaders presenting their timely ideas, solutions, projects, products, inventions, designs and a vision for a global society focused on peace and well-being.  Rather than starting from scratch with our community designs, we plan to gather these leaders and implement their ideas.

Take the 7-day challenge to turn off the TV for 7 days and watch this collection of videos instead. You and your family will be amazed by what is happening around the world to bring about Global Well-Being for All. Watching solutions on TV instead of problems will ignite a sense of global well-being like nothing else can.

We believe you will enjoy our collection of videos as much as we do and perhaps you can imagine a world of our own making and can guess what would happen if some of these innovations were implemented.

Research: Gain Understanding

Our main objective is to understand how to obtain well-being on all 7 levels and then design a human habitat that provides well-being for each individual and all mankind.

We believe that the individual plays a part in their own well-being and can be taught how to aim and reach for their greatest well-being on a personal level, and we can help to take some of the pressure off of their financial well-being, but that is only a part of the story.

Having a meaningful life purpose and an important role in the community they live in plays a role in their well-being as well.

And of course the condition of the world and the well-being of all humanity has an impact just as much if not more. We have to include these in the plan if we ever hope to have true and lasting well-being.

After 50 years of Gallop polls in 150 countries the truth is revealed that there is a common thread of core elements of well-being for every man, woman and child.  If we pay attention to the data, we can draw conclusions and craft an obvious objective for each element of well-being.

Other organizations have focused on five elements, others six, but we believe there are seven solid elements that impact every person universally.  The first four are focused on "the self" and the other elements enlarge our focus to include other people.  When we accuse someone of being "selfish" the truth is they are still struggling with their own sense of well-being.  Yet if we skip past our own well-being to care about others, neglecting our own needs and desires, our efforts are doomed to fail, because in time we will run out of energy or resources to continue.

True wisdom helps us to balance our focus across all seven elements of well-being, by learning what brings lasting well-being and then making sure we have that.  This wisdom is more than just sustainable but is regenerative when it comes to our own energy and vitality. In other words, we experience well-being by helping others experience well-being.

As you reviewed the pages for each element of well-being you saw a few bullet points for each one. We gathered this data from many books published by Gallop on the subject of well-being and emotional intelligence.  As you re-read the bullet points again, this time enjoy the sense of commonality with all mankind.  This connection with every man, woman and child will elevate your sense of Global Well-Being.

What benefits can you foresee from watching FREE "how to" youtube videos and discussing them at think tanks to create the steps we will take towards Global Well-Being instead of starting from scratch?
