Nonprofit Projects
We Focus on Undeveloped Countries
Cooperative economics fosters collective ownership and highest well-being rather than individual accumulation of private wealth. This requires a non-hierarchical structure. We are a nonprofit organization that offers education that teaches cooperation that aims to end poverty in one generation. We educate people from affluent nations and developing nations to work together, to build teams and think tanks that will solve all problems with one plan: ARC7.
We are a “social learning network”. That means that we form groups, forums, and think tanks with others who are taking the same courses. This provides the opportunity to meet people who live in the least developed countries in the world and talk with them. The social network also provides a way to meet people who have a desire to assist. We intend to connect the two worlds together to make a difference in both worlds.
ARC7.org – What We Do
The objective is to build ARC7 Apartment Resource Complexes to address the growing housing crisis in developing countries. ARC7 is designed to provide all the infrastructure that is missing in one building. This includes water, food production, heating and cooling, and renewable energy. It also includes a health center, a learning center, a day-care center, and a career center.
ARC7 is a nonprofit organization that offers courses and life coaching to leaders around the world. Our courses encourage leaders to form HOUSING CO-OPS and BUSINESS CO-OPS. We ask our leaders to gather a local team. Together they can go through the TEAM LEADER TRAINING. This process helps them define their roles within the ARC7 community structure. Your support makes it possible for us to offer this training for free to people who can’t afford to pay.
We need all kinds of people. Teachers, doctors, dentists, maintenance, human resources, business development consultants, lawn and pool care, health and wellness experts, child care providers, and other various support roles can be filled by you! The TEAM LEADER TRAINING is same for all people. And since we are a nonprofit educational program, you can WRITE OFF the cost of the training.
Addressing the Global Housing Crisis
We encourage our leaders to meet the high demand for safe and affordable housing with built-in human systems including food and water projects, medical care for treatment of malaria, COVID-19 and HIV/AIDS, effective programs for street kids, access to computer education, support for people with disabilities, women empowerment, advanced leadership training, economic development, and environmental rejuvenation.
ARC7 is a network reaching towards global well-being through shared leadership. The strong underlying foundation of principles allow us to not just survive but to thrive! Taking advantage of the opportunity for collaboration, we believe that the current housing crisis will bring us together.
ARC7 Housing Co-ops
ARC7 is a plan for living and working together to make a new life for you and your family. As we improve our own lives, we are making the world a better place at the same time!
We re-imagine the future of planet Earth by building co-op apartment complexes that also include a hub of co-op businesses. The housing co-op expenses, including mortgage and utilities, will be paid for by the worker-owned businesses rather than by each individual. This way we eliminate the possibility of homelessness due to loss of income or defaulting on your monthly mortgage. The businesses support the apartments, making it self-sustaining.
By building businesses inside the apartment complex where you live, you will be able to live, work, and go to virtual school in the same location, greatly reducing, if not eliminating, your need for transportation. Everything you need on a daily basis will be built into the complex all the way through the many stages of life.
Employment Opportunities
ARC7 is a plan to build housing and employment for each and every one of the graduates of our program. Members will have the opportunity to live, work, raise a family, and be financially supported by their support of ARC7.
We intend for ARC7 Co-op Businesses to create employment more than 100,000 people globally by building ARC7 Apartments with many jobs built into the design, the construction, and the maintenance of the building itself and additional jobs in the co-op businesses. Using the skills, talents, and resources of the local members, our team leaders will form local co-op businesses.
We plan to build ARC7 wherever there is a leader who establishes a housing co-op with business co-ops to support their members. Establishing these co-ops is a long process that requires many steps required by the local government and business agencies and some startup costs. ARC7 assists them through this process until it reaches completion.

Orphans, Widows, and Other Vulnerable Populations
One powerful benefit of ARC7 is how easily orphans can be integrated into the plan. Rather than segregating these children into an orphanage, ARC7 includes, protects and prepares them for a collaborative economic lifestyle. We do this by giving them a place to live and surrounding them with healthy families who have strong financial foundations. We integrate them into the fabric of a supportive network. In so doing, our orphans are no longer struggling alone in poverty, but are mentored and elevated to highest well-being.
In one generation they will transform themselves from orphans into successful co-op owners. Their children will grow up in an environment of successful collaboration and cooperation. Adult orphans are welcome to continue to live in ARC7 after they reach adults adulthood. Our focus in the young adult years will be to mentor these orphans to be enterprising and to establish worker-owned businesses.
The ARC7 Arcology plan will integrate orphans and widows, single mothers and disabled veterans together with able-bodied laborers, successful business owners, educated specialists, and talented leaders. Inclusion and integration is the key!
Medical Care
We are in constant need of donations. Malaria, Typhoid, Cholera, HIV/AIDS, and COVID are a constant threat and most of our members don’t have access to medical care due to the high cost. ARC7.org helps our members with immediate needs such as medical care through your donations.
Education Grants
Formal education is crucial to the development of our leaders. Too often our members receive scholarships for tuition to university with no additional grants for daily survival. We help our university students with small grants for food, supplies, and internet access.
Indigenous Leadership Training
We have indigenous teams forming in developing countries. We support local leaders to work together for the common good. We teach them to gather people into co-ops to help each other reach for economic development. Each team has a far-reaching goal to build ARC7 in their local area. Immediate goals include food production and business development.
Indigenous Business Development
At ARC7 we are always looking for opportunities to help young entrepreneurs with their startups. Business development is a key component for our teams in Uganda, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, and Bangladesh. Please consider helping by donating to support new businesses or to expand existing businesses. We ask our members to go through an onboarding process. During this process we learn more about their goals and help them reach their highest potential.
Inclusion, Integration, and Equality
We do not believe in building ARC7 for one segment of the population. When you build for one segment you essentially segregate them from the larger population. This would be equivalent to an orphanage, an assisted living facility, or low income housing. Instead, we intend to integrate low-income people, orphans, veterans, people with disabilities, people below poverty level, and homeless people, with able-bodied, wealthy, successful families with the intent to strengthen the local community through such integration and improve the lives of everyone involved. In the ARC7 plan we all benefit by raising the standard of living of all people together.

Re-Imagining the Future of Planet Earth
The most selfish thing you can do is to help someone else, because the gratification, the goodness that comes to you, the good feeling, the good feeling from helping others—nothing is better than that. –Denzel Washington

Our Vision
The vision of ARC7 is to create a compassionate, bonded, conscious living and working environment where our members can thrive together in today’s competitive world. We help indigenous groups around the world to work together to build a place to live and work that will support all of its members financially. ARC7 is a place where they can build a cooperative community in the midst of today’s culture of individualistic competition.
Our Proposal
Our proposal combines the benefits of housing co-ops, relationship building, business ownership, self-help virtual education, entrepreneurship opportunities, social entrepreneurship, spiritual ascension, youth leadership, child development, women empowerment, poverty elimination, social equality, and environmental sustainability, combined into one plan. We believe we have simplified the most complicated global issues into a easily-implemented plan that works for all locations and all types of people.
Our Objective
Our objective is to build the first prototype of ARC7 that can be duplicated nearby and around the world. Our objective commits strategically to diversifying the funding pool for housing development. We look towards government cooperation with non-governmental organizations like ARC7 to deliver affordable housing for all.
Our Mission
Our mission is to teach our members concepts of financial collaboration that will lay the foundation for building ARC7 in their local areas. By educating and certifying leaders from all walks of life we will elevate people in poverty to be successful home and business owners. We educate our members online first with our virtual onboarding program, then begin the process of planning, designing, building, owning and operating ARC7 for the rest of their lives.
Our Program
We educate local leaders to head up a local ARC7 building project.
ARC7 courses are designed to inspire our members to have compassion for others. In so doing, they will improve quality of life for themselves and create a better future for the planet. They will gather local people into financial collaboration to build ARC7. We encourage our graduates to initiate an ARC7 building project in their local areas.
Our Point System
While bankers value profit at all costs, we believe that a locally-controlled point system will support values like community, justice, sustainability, and an end to systemic poverty. Communities can regain some control over the flow of money by using the point system as a complement to conventional money. ARC7 points will not have any value to people outside the network, but points will work very well when used to trade between members.

The American Dream
The path to the American dream is not as easy as it appears. Most Americans are not experiencing the “American Dream” of opportunities for home ownership, upward mobility, and economic independence with few barriers.
People outside the US often dream of coming to America to find these possibilities. However, when the best and brightest minds leave their countries of origin to find a better life in America, it drains the entire world of their hope for a better future. We believe that everything good that America offers can be produced in other countries. We can build ARC7 to elevate developing nations by helping them prosper where they are. We replace “The American Dream,” with “The ARC7 Vision,” a plan for highest well-being and global well-being at the same time.
The ARC7 Vision
We address all of the topics that impact humanity with one plan, simply by building ARC7 Apartment Resource Complexes in developing areas of the world. All earnings are generated by those who live there. Earnings are funneled back into the complex to pay for the expenses of the complex. In this plan there is no such thing as unemployment, poverty, or homelessness because the ARC7 businesses will cover the cost of housing and expenses. Members will always have a place to live in ARC7. The complex is designed to support all stages of life, from birth to death, education and career development, marriage and family.
