Our breads are made from whole grains freshly ground on site including wheat, quinoa, barley, millet and oats.

Gluten-Free – Our veggie meat is made from beans, veggies, nuts, seeds and whole grains, but the recipe can easily be modified to be gluten-free.  All meals are gluten free except for the whole grain breads which are made from flour that is freshly sprouted, dried, and ground on site.  No processing, bleaching or “enriching” and the flour is the highest possible nutritional value.  Even gluten sensitive people can often tolerate this flour very well.  Ask for a sample to make your own tests.
