Kitchen Clean-Out

ZERO CALORIE SWEETENERS:

One of the sneakiest and most harmful substances in your kitchen is aspartame.

Aspartame is a sweetener that is much sweeter than sugar but has fewer calories. Aspartame can be found in diet sodas, coffee and yogurt. While aspartame products, such as NutraSweet and Equal, are deceptively packaged as a healthier alternative to sugar, there are a lot of harmful side effects and potential for poisoning. The symptoms of aspartame poisoning can impact your psychological and physiological functioning and may even lead to death.

"Natural flavors" is a sneaky way to hide aspartame on the labels of many of your favorite health foods. They sneak it into everything. Yogurt, diet foods, diet drinks, sauces, and condiments.

It causes problems in every bodily system.

The most important way to ensure that you are eating and drinking the most nutritious food and drink available is to eat whole foods that are still in the form they started.

Next, buy organically grown whole foods.

Finally, grow your own whole foods and gain the health that goes along with being outdoors, digging, planting and tending a garden.
