Equality
The seven-step onboarding process is an equalizing process. It creates a clear and even-handed criteria for membership: complete the seven steps. That’s all there is to it!
You were not chosen because of your race, religion, gender, age, or abilities. We have don’t ask for this information! We are fully automated and operated by technology. There are no humans involved to form opinions about you or reject you! This point is very important when it comes to creating an environment of equality and inclusion.
As you went through the seven steps our focus was to developing alignment with the ARC7 vision. We also wanted you to develop good group social values and change the mindset that every person has to struggle for survival alone. Equality and community are ideas that are crucial to the success of our mission and yours. Without the change of mindset, it would be impossible to build ARC7.
The seven steps also pushed you into developing your computer and phone skills. At this time of technology explosion, these skills are crucial.
If English is your second language, you were also exposed to advanced English words and improved your essay writing skills.
These are all part of the “equalizing process” of the ARC7 onboarding process. We hope you now see how crucial this process is. We hope you will encourage all of your loved ones to go through the seven steps and be included in your future plans for building ARC7 in your local area.
