People often ask why ARC7 can’t simply purchase buildings that already exist.

The benefits of building a new project far outweigh the convenience of buying something quickly, but that will not meet all the needs of the ARC7 plan. Where would we find a building that has 70 units, with 7 centers, a commercial kitchen, space for indoor gardening and food production, and all the other things already built in? The design of the building is as important as the use of the building.

The trade-offs would not be worth the convenience.
