“The Choice” to Resist or Ascend
1 – Avoidance
“Let me stress a little longer.”
Stress happens when you avoid growing pains.
Pain is the catalyst for change. Challenging life experiences shape us into the person we want to be.
As humans beings, our brains will not find rest until we can make sense of the events of our lives.
Don’t waste a second on questions like, “Why me?”
There are no mistakes. There is only learning.
Everyone has challenges no matter which path they make.
The path with the most pain is the path with the most potential for change.
Change is something we long for but we don’t want the pain that brings the changes we are hoping for.
2 – Heart
Make “the Choice” to follow your heart.
Conscious choice happens when you are awake and aware.
The heart is more than a pump that pushes blood through veins. The heart’s magnetic field radiates frequencies. These “vibes” can affect other people.
The moment you we turn our attention away from ourselves and our own frustration, and find someone close by to assist or befriend, your stress responses will subside.
You will find immediate relief from the pain of negative emotions as you reach for something higher.
You will gain power to make something new happen.
Make the choice to always take the option that leads to highest and best.
The highest and best is never the easiest and fastest, nor the least painful.
It is the choice that leads to awakening.
Accept nothing less.
3 – Ascend
Ask yourself, “What can I learn?”
and “What changes do I need to make?”
When you ask yourself questions you wake yourself up.
You prevent yourself from going through life asleep and oblivious.
Act instead of react. Plan instead of leap.
Change happens when you embrace “what is.”
Relinquish control. Smile. Breathe.
Take the time to analyze your viewpoints and your opinions.
Find the essence of every life lesson and let go of the guilt and shame.
Allow changes to happen in body, mind and spirit.
Forgiveness is the key.
Forgiving the world.
